The second part is "Independent New York Exhibition" sponsored by Japan's largest online gallery “Tagboat” this is the second time of the exhibition which was held in Ashok Jain gallery last summer. Tugboat consistently worked on young artists and fostering the art market for 12 years.  

The works of 17 emerging young artists who was selected among the hundreds of participating artists at Tugboat Art · Fest "Independent" held in Tokyo, 2017. Five top winner of the contest in the fes was judged by Japan's leading gallerists.
